⚠️ Important Notice: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees, as our service is provided immediately upon payment. Please review our service carefully before subscribing.

We do not offer refunds for subscription fees under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or decision not to use the service
- Dissatisfaction with the service after use
- Account cancellation or termination
- Inability to use the service due to technical issues on your end
- Free trial periods or promotional offers
- Partial usage of the service
✅ Limited Exceptions (Billing Errors Only)
We may provide credits or adjustments only in the following cases:
- Duplicate Charges: You were charged multiple times for the same service period
- Billing Errors: You were charged incorrectly due to our technical error
- Unauthorized Charges: Your account was charged without your authorization (subject to investigation)
⚠️ Important: All subscription fees are non-refundable. Please ensure you understand our service before subscribing. We recommend using our free trial to evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription.
3. Billing Dispute Process
How to Report Billing Issues
If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to our error, please contact us:
- Contact Support: Email us at billing@usefreebird.com
- Provide Details: Include your account email, charge details, and description of the error
- Investigation: We'll investigate your claim within 5-7 business days
- Resolution: If valid, we'll provide account credit or adjustment
Required Information for Billing Disputes
- Account email address
- Transaction ID and date
- Description of the billing error
- Screenshots of the charge (if applicable)
- Any relevant documentation
⚠️ Important: Billing dispute requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge. We will only investigate legitimate billing errors, not refund requests for change of mind.
4. Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- In-App Cancellation: Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Email Cancellation: Send cancellation request to support@usefreebird.com
- Platform Cancellation: Cancel through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
Cancellation Terms
- Immediate Effect: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Service Access: You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
- Data Retention: Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation for potential reactivation
- No Refunds: Cancellation does not trigger any refunds or credits
- Final Billing: You will be charged for the full billing period even if you cancel mid-period
⚠️ Important: Canceling your subscription will not result in any refunds. You will continue to have access to paid features until your current billing period ends.
5. Billing Disputes
If you notice an incorrect charge or billing issue, please contact us immediately. We take billing accuracy seriously and will work to resolve any disputes quickly.
Common Billing Issues
- Unexpected Charges: Charges for services you didn't request
- Incorrect Amounts: Charges that don't match your subscription plan
- Failed Cancellation: Continued charges after cancellation
- Currency Issues: Incorrect currency conversion or regional pricing
Dispute Resolution Process
- Contact us within 30 days of the disputed charge
- Provide detailed information about the issue
- We'll investigate and respond within 5 business days
- If valid, we'll process a refund or credit
- If invalid, we'll explain our findings and reasoning
6. What's Not Refundable
All of our services are non-refundable, including:
- Subscription Fees: Monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription charges
- Free Trial Periods: No refunds for free trial usage
- One-Time Charges: Setup fees, activation fees, or one-time payments
- Third-Party Services: Charges from Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or other third parties
- Data Export Services: One-time data export or migration services
- Training Sessions: Custom training or onboarding sessions
- Partial Usage: No pro-rated refunds for partial usage periods

- Investigation: 5-7 business days for complex cases
- Resolution: Account credit or adjustment if valid
- Notification: Email confirmation of resolution
Resolution Methods
- Account Credit: Credit applied to your account for future billing
- Billing Adjustment: Adjustment to your next billing cycle
- Service Extension: Extended service period to compensate for errors
⚠️ No Cash Refunds: We do not provide cash refunds. Any valid billing errors will be resolved through account credits or service adjustments only.
