By installing or using Freebird Loan Management, you agree to these Terms. The app is intended for business use by lenders and their authorized team members. You must be at least 18 years old.

• Creation & Login: Accounts are created and accessed with phone number OTP. Team members must have their own accounts.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your device and OTP access. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Accuracy: You must ensure information entered is accurate and lawful.

Your organization controls the business records you input (borrowers, loans, repayments, reminders, team members, expenses, investments). Freebird processes this data on your behalf to provide the service. You are responsible for obtaining any required notices or consents from borrowers or team members under applicable laws.

• Paid plans and subscriptions are handled through Google Play Billing.
• Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are presented in-app via Google Play.
• Refunds, if any, are governed by Google Play policies and applicable law.

• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or services.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Use reminders and messaging responsibly and in compliance with applicable communications laws.
• Respect privacy and process only data you are authorized to handle.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Freebird Loan Management, including software and content, is owned or licensed by Freebird and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your organization’s internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freebird will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or if required by law. You may stop using the app at any time.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Dispute resolution venue may vary based on your region and applicable law.
